The Cameron ring is a vintage Tiffany & Co. ring circa 1910. The ring centers a GIA certified 1.91-carat old European cut diamond of H color, VS1 clarity. The stone is set in a 6-prong platinum basket on an 18 karat yellow gold band. The ring is currently size 7.25 and can be resized!
