Role #1

NYC Production Assistant

We are looking for a Production Assistant in our New York City office. Primary responsibilities include running errands (on 47th St), preparing shipments, helping answer calls and emails, and managing customer repairs, custom orders, and orders for wedding bands. You will have daily communication with our vendors, for many of whom English is a second language, so excellent communication skills and patience are a must. This role is all about systems, so you’ll need to be very organized. 

We are a tight-knit team so we’re looking for someone with a positive, bubbly personality who uplifts the vibe of the office. 

Experience is certainly a factor for us but more importantly we value attitude and a willingness to learn. We aren’t hung up on degrees or certifications, what matters is that you have a positive outlook and care about the company. An appreciation of antique diamonds is appreciated ;)

Work hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00pm. This is an in-person role in midtown Manhattan.

Start date is immediate.

Duties

  • Run errands
  • Prepare shipments
  • Manage repairs
  • Manage custom orders
  • Manage band orders
  • Phones and email
  • Inventory data entry
  • Minor accounting data entry
  • Some back and forth to our Greenwich, CT office if needed

Compensation

  • Salary $50k+ depending on experience
  • Access to health benefits after 90 days
  • 15 days PTO

 

Role #2

Bench Jeweler

We are looking for a full-time bench jeweler for our Greenwich, CT office! Our ideal candidate would be up for exploration and learning of old and new styles.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a bench jeweler
  • Sizing, polishing, cleaning
  • Experience with antiques and hand models a plus
  • Able to work Monday-Friday in-person in Greenwich

Salary:

  • Highly dependent on experience.

Role #3

CAD Designer

We are looking for a full-time in-house CAD designer to be based out of our Greenwich, CT office! 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a jewelry CAD designer
  • Able to work Monday-Friday in-person in Greenwich

Salary:
