Role #1

Greenwich - Appointments

We are looking for someone to do appointments in our showroom. You will meet with customers to try on our wares in a relaxed, often one-on-one setting. We are often people's first stop on their ring buying journey so a friendly personality combined with a knowledge of antique diamonds is important. It's vital that you LOVE antique diamonds to work in this position.

Experience is certainly a factor for us but more importantly we value attitude and a willingness to learn. We aren’t hung up on degrees or certifications, what matters is that you have a positive outlook and care about the company. 

Work hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00pm with select Saturdays as well. This is an in-person role in Greenwich, CT.

Start date is immediate.

Duties

  • Customer appointments
  • Customer follow up
  • Customer service emails
  • Help with social content
  • Help list new rings
  • "New Arrivals" email
  • Some back and forth between our NYC office may be required (train is 2-min walk from our office!)

Compensation:

  • Salary $50k+ depending on experience
  • Access to health benefits after 90 days
  • 15 days PTO

 

Role #2

Bench Jeweler

We are looking for a full-time bench jeweler for our Greenwich, CT office! 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a bench jeweler
  • Sizing, polishing, cleaning
  • Experience with antiques and hand models a plus
  • Able to communicate flawlessly in English
  • Able to work Monday-Friday in-person in Greenwich

Role #3

Greenwich AB Team Member

We are looking for a team member for our brand new Greenwich, CT office! You would be the greeter for our customer appointments so a positive and inviting personality is a must. You can find a list of duties below, but the general idea is for you to ensure the showroom operates smoothly. You’ll also be our primary team member on emails so excellent written communication skills are vital. The ideal person for this role would be very bright and bubbly, take pride in keeping the showroom clean and organized, and have a great attention to detail when it comes to listing new rings for our website. You’d need to be a quick learner as you may be called upon to do customer appointments from time to time. We are a small company so everyone will need to wear a lot of hats!

Role #4

CAD Designer

We are looking for a full-time in-house CAD designer to be based out of our Greenwich, CT office! 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a jewelry CAD designer
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Able to work Monday-Friday in-person in Greenwich
