Vintage Opal & Diamond Engagement Ring
The Patricia Ring is an Edwardian ring circa 1910! The ring centers an EGL Certified 0.45 carat oval cabochon Opal. Surrounding the opal are 18 single cut diamonds that combine for 0.42 carats and are laid out in a navette-shaped 14kt yellow gold setting! The ring is size 5 and can be resized!
