This vintage Cartier diamond engagement ring centers a GIA Certified 1.72ct Old Mine Cut diamond of I color, VS1 clarity. The stone is set in a sleek platinum setting and is decorated to each side by a sleek, vertically-set baguette with 4 small round diamonds set into the shank.
