Victorian No-Heat Sapphire and Old European Cut Three-Stone Ring
The Maelor ring is an exceptional antique diamond and sapphire ring from the Victorian Era circa 1880. The ring centers an GIA-certified No-Heat Cambodian Sapphire of Deep Blue Color, weighing approximately 2.20 carats. One Old European diamond is set to each side of the sapphire, each approximately 1.40 carats of I-J color, VS clarity. The stones are set in an intricately detailed hand-carved 18kt Yellow Gold setting. The ring is currently size 8 and can be resized to some sizes.
Why We Love It
A Victorian showstopper combining a luscious, deep royal blue untreated sapphire with sparkling, sizable Old European Cut diamonds. Set in an incredibly detailed and buttery hand-carved golden setting with open scroll motifs on the band, the Maelor ring is a true antique treasure. Beautiful as an engagement ring, anniversary ring, or ring for any occasion, this piece oozes old world charm but remains classic and wearable. We love her styled with our hand-engraved Jane band.
The dimensions of the center stone are 7.69 x 7.21 x 5.51 mm.
