Unique Sapphire & Diamond Engagement Ring

The Nancy ring is an Authentic vintage sapphire and diamond engagement ring. The ring centers a GIA certified 0.78ct Natural No-Heat Cambodian Sapphire. The stone is in an 18 karat yellow gold setting. To each side is an old European cut diamond and three rose cut diamonds. The gallery has swirling filigree. The ring is currently size 6.5 and can be resized.
