Detailed Platinum & Gold Engagement Ring
The Kat 2.22 ring is a vintage-inspired VB-made diamond engagement ring. This ring centers a GIA certified 2.22-carat old mine cut diamond of J color, VS1 clarity. The diamond is set in a 4-prong platinum-topped 18kt yellow gold setting. Surrounding the center stone in the platinum-topped 18kt yellow gold setting are 14 bead-set old European cut diamonds that all combine for approximately 0.40 carats. Millegrain details highlight the setting. The ring is currently size 6 and can be resized!
Why We Love It
This is a recreating of one of my favorite antique rings we ever had. I love the "cigar-band" outline with the two-tone platinum and gold and the gorgeous old cut diamonds that decorate the whole face of the ring. A very artful ring, in our opinion.
