Authentic French Art Deco Old Cut Diamond and Ruby Ring 

The Idris ring is an authentic vintage diamond ring from the Edwardian Era circa 1910. The ring centers an approximate 2.00 carat Old Mine Cut diamond of G-H color, VS clarity. A halo of calibre cut rubies surrounds the center stone with four old mine cut diamonds set on the corners of the face of the ring. The additional diamonds combine for approximately 0.32 carats. The stones are set in an 18kt Yellow Gold and Platinum two-tone setting with milgrain detailing lines the platinum bezels. Inside the band is an original inscription that is difficult to read but we can make out "1910" as a part of it. The ring is currently size 3.25 and can be resized!

An absolute historic treasure, the Idris ring is a shining example of Late Edwardian craftsmanship and incredible detail work. The ring features a beautifully cut, bright white Old Mine Cut center stone sharply contrasted by a halo of richly-hued rubies, each stone cut to perfect encircle the stone. The additional Antique diamonds add a touch of whimsy to this one-of-a-kind find.
