Each piece features a turquoise center surrounded by 14 old cut diamonds, while the earrings also have 6 additional old cut diamonds each. The ring is set in a 14-prong platinum and 18kt yellow gold setting and the earrings are set in platinum with a 14kt yellow gold post. The ring is currently size 7 and can be resized!
