Antique Turquoise Ring with Diamond Halo
The Despina ring is an antique ring from the Edwardian Era circa 1910. The ring centers a round Cabochon Turquoise surrounded by a halo of 20 Old Cut diamonds, all combining for a total of 0.20 carats. The stones are set in an 10kt gold setting with a 14kt Yellow Gold band that was added at a later date. The ring is currently size 6 and can be resized!
