Antique Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring
The Patricia ring is an authentic vintage sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian Era circa 1900. The ring centers a GIA-certified Cambodian no-heat oval cut sapphire of approximately 1.25-carats surrounded by a double marquise design set with 32 old cut diamonds of approximately J-K-L color, VS-SI clarity combining for roughly 1.75-carats. The stone is set in an 8-prong silver and 18kt yellow gold setting. The ring is currently size 7.5 and can be resized!
