The Sierra 1.43 Ring is a VB-Made Vintage-Inspired Engagement Ring centering an authentically antique diamond. This ring centers a GIA Certified 1.43 carat pear cut diamond of I color, SI2 clarity. The diamond is set in a 7-prong 18kt yellow gold setting with a lovely split shank. The ring is size 6 and can be resized!
