Antique Half Hoop Ring with Old Mine Cut Diamond and Ruby Side Stones

The Roman ring is an authentic antique ring from the Georgian period. The ring centers an Old Mine Cut diamond of approximately 0.55 carats of K-L color and VS clarity. To each side is a beautiful dark pink Ruby, both totaling approximately 0.60 carats.  Set in a stunning 18k gold detailed hand-carved setting, the ring is hallmarked as being produced in Birmingham, England in 1801.  The ring is currently size 5 and can be resized!
