How long does resizing take?
Depending on the ring and time of year, resizing usually takes 7-10 days. If you need a piece sooner than that, contact us and we can see if we can expedite it for you!
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
This all depends! Call or email us ASAP if you need to make changes!
How does shipping work?
Once your piece is ready to go (if it needs to be resized), we will email you to coordinate shipping!
Shipping is fully insured, overnight, and will require a signature upon delivery!
How can I return my items?
If you would like to return a piece that is not Final Sale, please email us within 5 days of receipt of the item. We will send you a label and instructions to ship it back for a full refund!
