Vintage Ruby and Diamond Half Hoop
The Ilona ring is an authentic vintage diamond and ruby ring. The ring features three pinkish rubies and two Old European Cut diamonds. The diamonds combine for a total weight of approximately 0.44 carats and are of H-I color, SI-I clarity. The stones are set in a detailed 18kt gold setting. The ring is currently size 6.75 and can be resized!
